Where can I get max necro collector armor that has stats like the PVP armor?

Travel to the Cystal Desert, the collectors with max armor are located there. However they only carry one type of armor (The collector's armor), so if you want something to match one of the PvP armors it may not be what your looking for.

Type Collector Desert map in Google and you should find a map to where they are all located.

There is also max collector armor in Cantha, for venerable mantid pincers, putrid cysts, etc, around the Marketplace area, but again... the PvP armor will have bonuses whereas collector's armor will not.
